Shipping and Returns

All Artwork:

• Each piece is made to order, just for you.

• Due to the nature of custom artwork, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair. Please include pictures of the damaged artwork and shipping box to me@jimmyjohnstonphoto.com

• I am unfortunately unable to process and ship international orders at this time

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing, printing and shipping.

For framed prints, please allow up to 14 business days.
